Stock Number:

This GT350 is a factory-equipped, numbers-matching K-Code 289 V8 car paired with its original four-speed manual transmission, which still retains its factory VIN stamp on the case. It remains one of approximately 50 cars that retained its original Ford driver’s door tag—an extremely rare feature that is still riveted to the original door.
The car retains its original Shelby tag and has been heavily documented, including its original owner’s manual, Shelby Registry listing, Deluxe Marti Report with production breakdown, period sales literature, and photographs from when the car was discovered prior to restoration. Following its complete rotisserie restoration, the car spent eight years displayed in a collector’s museum and then within a private collection, accumulating only a handful of test miles since completion.
Presented in its rare and original late-production Acapulco Blue, the finish is concours-quality throughout. Restoration details include properly finished red oxide floors with accurate overspray patterns, factory stamps, chalk markings, and assembly-line stickers faithfully reproduced. The paint depth and clarity highlight the car’s muscular fastback lines beautifully.

The car retains all of its original fiberglass components, including the hood, upper and lower side scoops, and rear decklid—critical originality points for 1967 Shelbys. Panel fitment is excellent, and the car presents with show-level precision. It rides on period-correct Magstar wheels wrapped in E70-15 Goodyear Speedway tires, giving it the perfect 1967 Shelby stance.

Under the hood sits the original, numbers-matching K-Code 289 High Performance V8, paired with its factory four-speed manual transmission. Hard-to-find and original components such as the carburetor, intake manifold, and Stewart-Warner gauges remain intact. The car has been freshly serviced with 20W-50 Brad Penn Green Zinc Race Oil and a Motorcraft filter, ensuring it runs as strong as it looks.

The factory Black Interior has been restored to concours standards while retaining key original components, including the original steering wheel and instrumentation including original Stewart Warner Gauges. Every detail reflects authenticity and careful craftsmanship, making the interior both correct and collector-grade.

This 1967 Shelby GT350 Fastback represents one of the most desirable years and configurations of Shelby production.
