This is a beautifully restored 1966 well optioned Mustang Fastback. The car has been in the original family for almost fifty years and has been treated to a gorgeous rotisserie restoration back to stock configuration approximately ten years ago. The car is original Candy Apple red with black standard interior. The car is loaded with factory options including a C-code 289 2V v8, automatic transmission, center console, factory Air Conditioning, Power Steering, etc. The originality of this car makes it so special as it retains its original carburetor, engine, transmission, and rear differential assembly. Every facet of the car has been rebuilt or restored approximately ten years ago and the sheet metal, frame rails, trunk, suspension, etc are beautiful. The paint has only minor checking in a few spots, however, presents very, very well! The interior is flawless, and the car runs and drives very well on reproduction bias ply OE equipment tires. At some point, a set of rally-pac gauges were added to the car and the clock portion still works, however, the tac does not. Barring that, every other component of the car works great including all lights, gauges, horn, engine, and transmission. This car was restored incredibly correct and would make any new owner exceedingly proud to own it.
